Breakfast was good and filling, with different options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to taxis and walking distance to a nearby shopping center. The swimming pool had a beautiful panoramic view and was great for relaxing.

The hotel staff was not very welcoming or friendly, which gave me a negative feeling from the start. The furniture in the room was old and worn out, which made it less comfortable than expected.

Excellent location for business/city tourism trips. Shopping mall and services near the hotel. Helpful and courteous staff. Spacious and well furnished room (had even a closet). Fair rates compared to similar hotels nearby.

Breakfast and room service meals were so-so and could be improved. Bed and bedsheets also of so-so quality.

Excellent positioned in the center of Brasilia, the hotel offers various things to do in short distance, like sightseeing and shopping. The staff also supported me in planning my trip over there. The Hotel pool is very small, but the terrace around offers a great view to Brasilia and is a nice place to relax. I also liked the breakfast with several kinds of fruit and bread etc.

The staff (also at the reception) mostly speaks no English at all, which makes it a little bit difficult to communicate. The food in the hotels restaurant took very long and was not so nice in taste.

Starting the new year at this hotel was an amazing experience! I loved the delicious breakfast buffet and the stunning views from the rooftop pool. the staff was so friendly and helpful with great service. the central location was perfect for exploring the city, with many key attractions within walking distance.

The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and hard to access from my room. some of the rooms were quite noisy which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was situated close to two shopping centers, making it easy to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, from the room service to the laundry service. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette with a microwave and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed having a separate sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and take in the beautiful view. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families.
